Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

This was a quick marinade for the grill one night. And leftovers made for an excellent salad the next day!

Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak courtesy of Food & Wine Magazine

- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 Tbs rosemary leaves
- 1 Tbs dried oregano
- 2 Tbs whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
- 1 C extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 (3 lb ish) flank steak

Combine all ingredients in a large glass baking dish. Add the steak and flip several times to cover both sides.

I'm not going to give grilling instructions, because I don't grill. Grilling is for boys. So thanks Dad for grilling these :)

*Food & Wine suggest reserving a little of the marinade before adding the meat to pour over the steak after grilling. Do with that what you will!
